Annual Reports

The Mental Health, Alcohol & Drug Addiction Recovery Board of Putnam County is statutorily empowered to establish, to the extent resources are available, a community support system, which provides for prevention, support and rehabilitation services and opportunities. Essential elements of the system include, but are not limited to: addiction and mental health services, emergency and crisis intervention, vocational services, family consultation, etc. Through the development of a local system of care, the Board ensures that individuals with mental health illness and/or addiction receive the services and support they need to achieve recovery. Local Needs, Local Decision, Local Boards: As we present to the residents of Putnam County our Annual Reports.
